"To whom it may concern: I am writing this letter as an accolade for the KIA Auto Mall dealership located in New Bedford, especially to my salesperson, Jeff Medeiros. It was my intention to visit the location just to see what I might like for my next vehicle. I never looked forward to purchasing a new vehicle because I dislike pressure sales people, and my husband was not able to be present with me on my search. After being with Jeff for just 10 minute, I got the feeling like someone above was watching out for me. He had great energy! Very soothing voice, not pushy, very relaxed and laid back. Just in light conversation I was able to pick up that Jeff was a very positive person in his own right. After trying the vehicles, I chose the Sorento, an SUV.
